Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Managing Director.
• The Deputy Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing teams, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the overall success of the organization.
• The Deputy Managing Director will collaborate with different departments to drive growth and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
• Appropriate previous experience as a Commercial/Operations Manager in the manufacturing industry and or in a senior management position.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Proven leadership and management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
