Job Description

• Sinoma Fabcom Structural Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and strategic Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
• This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing initiatives to drive demand and sales of our premium building materials.
• Based in Nigeria, the successful candidate will contribute significantly to expanding our market presence and enhancing brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion: Develop and implement effective strategies to highlight the benefits and features of our Stone Coated Roofing Sheets, Fiber Cement Board, and Steel Longspan Products.
• Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and other stakeholders in the construction industry to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes, uncovering new growth opportunities.
• Campaign Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Brand Representation: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and image across all marketing channels and materials.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and equip them with the necessary tools and materials for success.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketing activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement for the management team.
• Customer Experience: Enhance the overall customer experience by delivering impactful marketing communications and providing support where needed.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in marketing roles, preferably within the construction materials industry.
• Familiarity with Stone Coated Roofing Sheets, Fiber Cement Board, and Steel Longspan Products is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
• Availability for travel and flexibility to work in various locations as required.
• Proficiency in relevant marketing software and tools.
