Job Title: Sporting Facility Supervisor

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sporting Facility Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, highly organized, and possess strong leadership skills. As a Sporting Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our sporting facility, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the sporting facility, including opening and closing procedures, facility maintenance, and equipment inventory.
• Coordinate and schedule facility usage for various sporting events and practice session.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, including emergency procedures and first aid training for staff.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the overall experience for patrons and participants.
• Monitor and manage the facility budget, including expenses for maintenance and repair of equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a sporting facility, Gym or similar environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patrons, staff, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of sports rules and regulations, as well as experience coordinating sporting events and leagues.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 per month.
