Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Team, Operations Manager, Buying Team, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to uphold the brand's image and meet customer expectations for service excellence.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Oversee inventory management processes, including receiving, stock replenishment, and cycle counts, to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Ensure compliance with inventory control protocols, including proper handling of merchandise, adherence to storage guidelines, and timely execution of inventory adjustments.
Inventory audit MUST be done every Monday and a report on the Inventory must be sent at the end of each Inventory activity every Monday.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, actively engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and exceed their expectations at every touchpoint.
Develop and implement customer service training programs for store associates, emphasizing the importance of product knowledge, interpersonal skills, and problem- solving abilities.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Respond to clients' requests at least 15 minutes upon receipt of messages.
Collaborate with the Stylist Team to ensure that the store layout reflect the brand's aesthetic vision and showcase merchandise in an aspirational and visually appealing manner.
Oversee the execution of visual merchandising standards, product presentations, and in- store promotions, to drive customer engagement and sales conversion.
Conduct regular store walkthroughs and visual inspections, providing feedback and guidance to ensure consistency and excellence in store.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks or hazards.
Collaborate with the Facility Manager to address maintenance issues and facility upgrades to create a safe and inviting environment for customers and employees.
Provide performance feedback to team members, recognizing achievements and addressing areas for development to support their professional growth and career advancement.
Foster open communication and collaboration across departments, promoting cross- functional teamwork and alignment on operational priorities and initiatives.
Provide reports as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
3 years relevant experience in similar role, in Retail and Fashion
Outgoing and engaging personality
Ability to plan and prioritize workload
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proactiveness
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft package.
Salary
N150,000 monthly.
