Job Overview

• The ideal Visa Agent at Alexis Philips Travels will play a crucial role in assisting clients with the application process for work and study visas.
• Your responsibilities will involve managing visa applications, communicating with clients and relevant authorities, and ensuring compliance with visa regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their visa requirements, preferences, and eligibility criteria.
• Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately and gather necessary supporting documents.
• Maintain meticulous records of all client documents and ensure they meet the requirements of visa applications.
• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant government agencies or embassies to facilitate visa processing and address any queries or concerns.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their visa applications and follow up with authorities as needed to expedite the process.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and policies to ensure accurate and timely advice to clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes, share knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Perform various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments to support the efficient operation of the agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years experience in visa processing, immigration consultancy, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of visa regulations, immigration policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
