Job Title: Virtual Assistant / Social Media Manager

Roles

• You'll be the social voice of our innovative logistics marketplace
• Managing our channels and crafting content that drives brand awareness and user engagement.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience
• Schedule and publish content consistently, maintaining a robust social media calendar
• Manage online communities, fostering conversations and responding to comments and messages
• Analyze social media data and identify trends to optimize future campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and industry best practices
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channel.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• A strong understanding of social media marketing best practices
• Excellent writing, editing, and graphic design skills
• The ability to create engaging and visually appealing content
• Experience with social media scheduling tools a plus
• A passion for the logistics industry and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
