We are a company specializing in the sales and wholesale distribution of IPHONE and such as Samsung, Airpods, Ipads, laptops, smart watches e.t.c. We sell in wholesales to the retailers in the market, dedicated to providing high-quality mobile phones to meet customer demands. Currently, we are looking for an Office Security Personnel.

Job Description

• We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Office Security Personnel to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our office building and its occupants.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch security services.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the office building, allowing only authorized individuals entry
• Verify identification and credentials of visitors and employees
• Conduct security checks of bags and belongings to prevent unauthorized items from entering the building
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, such as fire or medical incidents, and take appropriate action
• Assist with building evacuation procedures in case of emergencies
• Communicate effectively with building occupants, security team members, and emergency responders
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of security incidents and activities
• Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and employees
• Follow all security protocols and procedures as outlined by the company

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in security or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
