The Customer Satisfaction Representative will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, sales expertise, and exemplary service delivery.
Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling natnudO beef products while addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
Proactively engage with potential customers to promote natnudO foods beef products.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively persuade customers.
Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery schedules to customers.
Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to sales policies.
Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage inventory levels effectively.
Monitor stock availability and communicate product availability or shortages to customers as necessary.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
Collect customer feedback and insights regarding product satisfaction, preferences, and areas for improvement, and relay this information to relevant departments.
Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and order details in the company's database or CRM system.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for management review..
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry with experience selling to HORECA
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
