Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, launch, and management of products or services related to advertising and public relations.
• Market Research: Conducting market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform product development and strategy.
• Product Development: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers, copywriters, and developers to create advertising campaigns, PR strategies, and other related products or services.
• Strategic Planning: Developing product roadmaps, setting goals, and defining strategies to achieve business objectives, such as increasing brand awareness or driving sales.
• Client Management: Working closely with clients to understand their objectives, gather feedback, and ensure that the products or services meet their expectations.
• Budget Management: Managing budgets for product development, marketing campaigns, and other related expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Marketing and Promotion: Developing marketing plans and promotional strategies to drive awareness and adoption of the company's products or services, both internally and externally
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring product performance, analyzing metrics, and gathering insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize product offerings over time. Most importantly as our product manager you will play a crucial role in driving the success of products and services that help clients achieve their marketing and communication objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-3 years proven experience in media product and marketing management, with a track record of successful working in advertising/PR or related role
• In-depth knowledge of media/PR bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and results.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and product management skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
