Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Systems Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Systems Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation and minimal downtime.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT systems administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
• This role requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for our organization's IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including operating systems, databases, and productivity tools.
• Implement security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to implement new technologies and solutions.
• Document technical procedures and guidelines for system administration tasks.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements and enhancements to our IT infrastructure.
• Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
