Job Title: Salon Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Salon Manager is to ensure the management the overall day-to- day operations in the Salon space not leaving out proper management of the business and operations.

Job Description
Your position as the Salon Manager will include but not limited to the following duties:

• Responsible for the overall performance of the Salon
• Customer Engagement
• Set Operatives goals and objectives
• Assess staff requirements and recruit staff when needed
• Train and coach staff
• Prepare and implement standard operating procedures
• Organize and monitor staff schedules
• Coordinate Salon operations during each shift
• Interact with customers
• Advise customers on hairstyles and other products
• Maintain business records
• And every other duties as assigned to you per- time.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field. Further training will be a plus.
• Proven experience as an operation supervisor, administrator and manager
• Knowledge of customer relationship management
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• Strong ethics and reliability.
• Relevant experience managing blue collar staff is required
• Must be well spoken and female is required for gender balance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills and ensuring he/ she monitor sales and finances is key.
