Job Title: Certified School Directress

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the school.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with educational standards.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and guidelines.
• Supervise and support teaching staff, promoting professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and the community to foster positive relationships.
• Oversee the curriculum and instructional practices to ensure quality education.
• Monitor student progress and academic performance through assessments and evaluations.
• Maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students and staff.
• Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, resource allocation, and record-keeping.
• Stay updated with educational trends and research to enhance school operations.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
• Teaching experience and a valid teaching license.
• Leadership and management skills, with experience in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of educational policies, regulations, and curriculum frameworks in Nigeria.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, parents, and the community.
• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as budgeting, planning, and record-keeping.
• Continuous professional development and a commitment to staying updated with educational practices.
