We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Location: Gwarimpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience; and be able to generate convertible leads. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing and sales process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Locate business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Sell services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Generate leads and meet with potential clients to determine their need.
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy our services.
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Creating detailed proposal documents to clients and prospects.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and writing sales reports.
  • Engage in digital marketing to enhance sales.
  • Log all sales, contacts, and other related activities on excel sheet and update such records daily or as often as there is need.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.
  • Participate in Strategy, Review and other Meetings of the company.
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
  • Research and analyze sales options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Majority of assigned work will be conducted during standard business hours; however, it is essential that the candidate must be available for early morning, late evening, and weekend work if need be, although this is on very rare occasions.

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
  • 1 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
Negotiated Basic (NGN70,000 / Month) plus Commission/Bonus on meeting target/KPI
