Raana Essentials is a hijab/scarf company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We're dedicated to providing beautiful hijabs and scarves for women. For nearly four years, we've been offering our customers a unique selection of fashion-forward designs created from quality fabrics.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Assistant

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 3pm

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and organizing incoming orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Assisting customers over the phone, or via email to answer inquiries and provide product information.
• Tracking inventory levels of both products and packaging materials and ensuring proper inventory levels.

Other responsibilities include:

• Procurement of store needs when required.
• Maintaining a tidy and orderly store shelf.
• Other operations as the need arises.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.

Requirements:

• Age between 18 - 23 years old.
• Fluency in English language, both spoken and written.
• Social media savvy (knowledge of popular platforms) - no need to handle or create posts.
• Resides around the Yaba axis (Yaba, Jibowu, Fadeyi, (Unilag) Akoka, Abule Oja, Somolu, Bariga, Onipanu, Gbagada).
• Passionate about the fashion industry, particularly the hijab market
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• PS: Due to the nature of the brand and the clientele we serve, female candidates will be given a preference.

Salary

• N40,000 monthly.
