Description

• Are you a dynamic and outgoing individual with a passion for customer service and sales? Tariyaa Company Limited is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Bus Hostess and Marketer for our DBI Luxury Bus Service.
• In this dual role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills while driving revenue through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Bus Hostess Duties:

• Greet passengers with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they board the DBI Luxury Bus Service.
• Assist passengers with finding their seats and stowing their luggage
• Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers throughout the journey.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
• Serve refreshments and snacks to passengers during the journey, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

Marketing Roles:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the services of Tariyaa Company Limited, both online and offline.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our services.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and posters.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE qualification with 1-10 years experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with passengers and potential customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Must be a female candidate, in line with the entry position requirement.

Salary, Considerations, and Condition of Service

• This position offers a competitive base salary, with additional incentives based on sales and revenue generated through marketing efforts.
• Training will be provided to familiarize the successful candidate with both bus hostess duties and marketing responsibilities.
• The role involves regular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the operational schedule of the DBI Luxury Bus Service.
