Job Summary

• Our client seeks a talented Social Media Content Creator to join it's marketing team, help share it's story and educate it's audience through engaging visual content.

Job Description

• As a Social Media Content Creator you will play a crucial role in visual storytelling, bringing the brand's mission and impact to life.
• Working alongside the Social Media Strategist and Social Media Associate, your task will be to producebhigh-quality, educational, and engaging content.
• This includes photos, videos, reels, and stories for our social media platforms, encapsulating the essence of our commitment to improving healthcare in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Generate creative visual content, including photos, videos, reels, and stories, tailored for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Brand Voice: Craft content that accurately represents the company's voice, mission, and core values, especially it's dedication to authenticity, quality, and local impact.
• Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to align on content needs, strategic goals, and creative direction.
• Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest trends in social media content and platforms, ensuring the company's content remains innovative and engaging.
• Performance Analysis: Engage in content performance analysis, offering insights and recommendations for future strategies based on data.
• Event Coverage: Capture compelling content at company events, launches, and other key occasions for social sharing.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets high standards for quality and presentation before going live.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in photography, videography, and social media content production.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and their respective content formats.
• Creativity in storytelling and visual communication.
• Skilled in using editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about healthcare innovation and community impact.

Working Conditions

• This position is based in Lagos, Nigeria, and may involve some travel for content creation purposes.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
