Description

• Join the vibrant and inspiring team at the School of Eloquence, a leading motivational TV platform. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic TV Programme Presenter to be the face of our motivational programs, connecting with viewers and delivering empowering content.

Responsibilities
As the TV Programme Presenter, you will be responsible for:
On-Air Hosting:

• Presenting live and recorded motivational programs with energy and charisma.
• Engaging with the audience and creating a positive and uplifting viewing experience.

Content Delivery:

• Collaborating with the content team to script, develop, and deliver impactful content.
• Conducting interviews, hosting panel discussions, and facilitating interactive segments.

Audience Connection:

• Establishing a strong connection with viewers through relatable and motivational communication.
• Responding to audience feedback and fostering community engagement.

Professionalism:

• Adhering to broadcasting standards and maintaining a professional on-air presence.
• Collaborating with production and technical teams to ensure seamless program delivery.

Brand Representation:

• Representing the brand in a positive and authentic manner.
• Participating in promotional activities and events as needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience as a TV Presenter or similar role.
• Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
• A passion for motivational content and personal development.
• Ability to connect with diverse audiences and convey inspiring messages.
• Strong improvisation and ad-libbing skills.
• Knowledge of current media and TV industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 5 - 10 years work experience.
• Previous experience in hosting motivational or lifestyle programs is a plus.
