Position Overview

• We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Webmaster to join our team and take charge of managing our company's websites.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our websites are regularly updated, optimized, and designed to provide the best possible user experience.

Responsibilities

• Website Management:

  • Take ownership of managing the company's websites, ensuring they are regularly updated with fresh content and optimized for performance.
  • Design and implement user interface enhancements to improve the overall user experience and drive engagement.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• E-commerce Expertise:

  • Utilize extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and WordPress, to manage online stores and optimize sales funnels.
  • Implement e-commerce best practices to enhance the shopping experience and drive conversions.

• SEO and Web Development:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings on search engine results pages.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement website enhancements, updates, and new features as needed.

• Web Analytics:

  • Monitor online traffic and conversions using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, track key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to improve website performance.

• Content Strategy and Updates:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to ensure that website content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate content updates and publishing schedules to maintain a consistent and compelling online presence.

Requirements

• Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a webmaster or similar role, with a strong background in website management and e-commerce.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Extensive experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
