We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a seamless process for our guests.
• Manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the hotel's system.
• Assist in coordinating guest services, such as luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and room upgrades.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are readily available.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Keep up-to-date with hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Follow hotel policies and procedures, including security measures and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed during busy periods.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent proficiency in Yoruba and strong English language skills
• A friendly, customer-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional service.

Salary
