Description 

• We are currently seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across various business functions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in statistical analysis, data visualization, and the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can inform business strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key findings and metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, establish benchmarks, and track performance against goals.
• Utilize statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and future outcomes.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions or challenges and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance data analysis capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, or Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar libraries.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib/seaborn for creating insightful dashboards and reports.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
