We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Sales Executive

Locations: Sangotedo, Epe, Ibeju-lekki, Lagos Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition and Lead Generation: The sales executive is responsible for identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, online marketing, and referrals.
  • Client Consultation and Needs Assessment: They conduct consultations with prospective buyers or sellers to understand their requirements, preferences, and financial capabilities. This involves listening attentively to clients' needs, providing expert advice, and offering suitable property options.
  • Property Promotion and Marketing: The sales executive develops and implements marketing strategies to promote properties listed by the firm. This includes creating property listings, organizing open houses, preparing marketing materials such as brochures and advertisements, and leveraging online platforms and social media for maximum exposure.
  • Property Showings and Tours: They arrange property viewings and conduct guided tours for potential buyers, highlighting the features and benefits of each property. The sales executive answers questions, addresses concerns, and provides detailed information to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: They negotiate sales terms and conditions on behalf of clients, including price, financing options, and contract terms. The sales executive works to secure the best possible deal for their clients while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial. The sales executive fosters trust and confidence by providing excellent customer service, staying responsive to inquiries, and following up with clients throughout the sales process.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Staying informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities is essential. The sales executive conducts market research to assess property values, identify investment opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Documentation and Administration: They handle all necessary paperwork and documentation related to property transactions, including sales contracts, purchase agreements, and disclosure statements. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical to ensure smooth and legally compliant transactions.
  • Performance Reporting and Goal Setting: The sales executive tracks their sales activities, monitors performance metrics such as sales volume and conversion rates, and reports progress to management. They set ambitious sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
