Job Overview

• The Web Manager at eMedic Technologies Inc plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining our digital presence, ensuring the seamless operation and accessibility of our eMedicStore platform.
• This position involves a blend of technical prowess, creative vision, and strategic oversight, aimed at providing the best possible online experience for our users and stakeholders.
• The Webmaster will be responsible for the technical aspects of the website, including its development, maintenance, and optimization, as well as overseeing content and ensuring high levels of security and functionality.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee the technical aspects of the eMedicStore website, including server management and software updates.
• Implement and maintain website security measures.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic and user engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets compliance standards.
• Develop and optimize online content in collaboration with content creators.
• Enhance user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to improve satisfaction and accessibility.
• Ensure website compatibility across various browsers and devices.
• Conduct website testing and troubleshooting.
• Manage website architecture and navigation design.
• Oversee the integration of third-party services, such as payment gateways or analytics tools.
• Implement SEO best practices and strategies.
• Manage and respond to website support issues.
• Coordinate with IT and marketing departments to align web functionalities with organizational goals.
• Facilitate the publishing of new content and ensure it is optimized for search engines and user experience.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of web technologies and digital trends relevant to the healthcare industry.

Qualifications and Skills
