Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire culinary team members to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Develop innovative menus and dishes that cater to a diverse clientele while considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
• Culinary Degree or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of Nigerian and international cuisine trends.
