We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead, Sales

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Are you a skilled and driven sales professional with experience in the real estate and construction industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Team Lead Sales.
  • We are seeking someone with a minimum of 5years of relevant experience and relevant educational qualifications to lead our sales team, ensuring they close sales within deadlines and achieve our monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth
  • Provide guidance, training, and ongoing coaching to the sales team to enhance their performance and skills
  • Set clear targets and expectations for the team, monitoring their progress and providing regular feedback
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop sales forecasts and budgets
  •  Foster a positive and motivating team environment, encouraging collaboration and sharing of best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate and expand into these markets
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Utilize excel, CRM software and other sales tools to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional materials

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in sales, specifically in the real estate and construction industry
  • Strong educational background in Sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve exceptional results
  • Proficiency in excel, CRM software and other relevant sales tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
