WFM 91.7 MHz is a Nigerian gender sensitive and specialized radio station licensed by Nigerian Broadcasting Commission to broadcast programs for women and their family. It is the first female-oriented radio station in Sub-Saharan Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Arepo, Lagos

Deliverables

• Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the overall goals and objectives of the project.
• Outline the target audience, key messaging, and channels for content distribution.
• Create a content calendar outlining the schedule for content creation, publication, and promotion. Include details such as topics, formats, and distribution channels.
• Produce high-quality written content, including articles, blog posts, website copy, social media posts, and other written materials.
• Ensure that all content is well-researched, engaging, and aligns with the brand's tone and voice.
• Develop visual content such as infographics, images, and graphics to complement written content.
• Ensure visual content is visually appealing, on-brand, and enhances the overall messaging.
• Create multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, and interactive content.
• Revise and edit content based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Implement any necessary changes to improve the overall quality of the content.
• Optimize written content for search engines to improve visibility and organic reach. Include relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices.
• Develop content specifically tailored for social media platforms.
• Create engaging and shareable social media posts that align with the overall content strategy.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools.
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare documentation related to the content development process, including style guides, content guidelines, and best practices.
• Submit all final content files in the required formats, ensuring that they are easily accessible and usable.

Requirements

• Degree in fields like English, Marketing, Journalism, or related areas.
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to produce quality work.
• Strong interpersonal, communications and writing skills are crucial for creating engaging and high- quality content
• Knowledge of SEO best practices to increase site traffic.
• Knowledge of developing content strategies to meet business objectives and engage audiences effectively
• Ability to network, build, and maintain relationships with stakeholders
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing trends in the content creation industry and identify opportunities
• Proficiency in information technology
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with audience data and extra business insights and products from the data.

Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 / Month
