We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Studio Manager & Multimedia Specialist to drive our studio's growth and profitability.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Creative Studio Manager (Video, Photographics and Graphics)

Location: Karu, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the studio, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content, including video editing, shooting, podcast production, graphics design, and photography.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional results that exceed expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation through studio bookings, content licensing, and other monetization avenues.
• Manage studio budget and expenses to ensure profitability and financial sustainability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the studio's offerings and capabilities.
• Foster a creative and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in video editing, shooting, podcast production, graphics design, and photography.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successfully monetizing creative endeavors.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
