Primed E-health is a full-service organization serving the needs of physicians, practitioners, clinics, health centers, and other healthcare providers; with an integrated line of software products designed to help simplify the business of healthcare. Founded in 2012, our health tech solutions became officially incorporated as Primed E-Health in 2021. Our activities include E-health project design, planning, and implementation, software specialization and development, E-health policy development, monitoring and evaluation, IT infrastructure specification and procurement, and teaching, training, and capacity building in health informatics. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our remote team of experts from different backgrounds and locations to develop innovative health tech products to improve healthcare delivery in the Nigerian Healthcare Industry.

About the Role

• We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
• Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and offering product information and guidance.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints, ensuring a satisfactory resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive product information to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Report EMR (Electronic Medical Record) issues from every facility to the appropriate channels for prompt resolution.
• Conduct daily phone calls to all hospitals, once at the start of the day and once at the close of the day, to gather updates and information.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for customer support, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends to deliver effective customer guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a BSc/BA in a relevant field (preferred)
• Proven working experience of 2-3 years as a Customer Support Representative
• Proficiency in MS Office and Project Management software (e.g., Trello)
• Strong command of the English language
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and market
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers
• Effective time management and planning skills
• Ability to multitask and function under pressure
• Experience in the health-tech industry, preferably in start-ups
• A positive attitude toward work
