We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accounts / Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos

What will you Be Doing
Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and concerns.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and provide strategic guidance to meet their goals.

Account Growth:

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to expand the scope of services provided to clients.
  • Achieve revenue growth targets through effective account management.

Client Retention:

  • Proactively address client concerns to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client satisfaction through regular check-ins and surveys.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention rates.

Project Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services to clients.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication.

Strategic Planning:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and client needs to provide proactive and strategic recommendations.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on account status and project progress.
  • Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Address and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues.

What will you Need to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong writing and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical terms.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients’ accounts.
  • A good understanding of the UK culture and possible educational background from the UK.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and fostering client satisfaction.
  • Relevant experience working in a digital agency will be an added advantage
  • A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
