Job Description

• We are curating a database of Business Development Managers (across all levels) to be our first contact for placements with our clients.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
