Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Manager located in Lagos.
• We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hospitality Manager to oversee the operations of a spa facility.
• The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing the front desk staff, coordinating spa services, and maintaining a welcoming and tranquil environment.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa facility, including managing the front desk staff, scheduling appointments, and coordinating spa services.
• Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from arrival to departure.
• Train, mentor, and supervise front desk staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels of spa products and supplies, and coordinate orders as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing spa environment at all times.
• Collaborate with other spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, and wellness practitioners, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 - 5 years relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Proficiency in computer software programs, including spa management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and holistic therapies is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
