Weedor Beauty and Styles is a new online content creator that seeks to empower women with engaging social media content on beauty styles and self-care. Our mission is to provide a platform for our audiences to learn new knowledge and skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives through simple self-improvement tips and projects.

Job Title: Video Content Creator / Video Editor

Location: Nationwide.
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Overview

• This role will involve creating engaging video and photo content for social media. You will be editing and enhancing existing footage to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our management team to understand video objectives and target audience.
• Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas, contribute creative ideas and execute projects.
• Develop creative concepts and storyboards for video content
• Collaborate with other team members to align written and visual messaging.
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that are captivating, attract online traffic and engagement on social media
• Enhance video content with graphics, animations, sound effects, and other visual elements as needed.
• Design and create eye-catching impactful graphics and compelling flyers for social media posts, and other digital and print media.
• Maintain up-to-date video editing techniques, software, and trends to continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to improve the quality and maximize effectiveness of our videos.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and priorities.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, or related field
• Minimum of One (1) year relevant experience in a video production and graphic design job
• Proficiency in video and graphics editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, VideoStudio or similar tools.
• Proven experience and ability to create engaging and compelling video and graphics content with a strong portfolio showcasing your previous work in video content creation and graphic design
• A passion for video production and storytelling
• Strong creative skills and ability to be productive with minimal supervision
• Attention to trends, design aesthetics and a keen eye for detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong communication and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

• Produce three (3) to five (5) videos in the range of 5 - 20 minutes weekly.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to this position.
