Job Description
As a Human Resources Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the HR functions of our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with management and employees to ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with the company's goals and objectives. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Coordinate new employee orientation and on-boarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling and logistics.
Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in HR reporting and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Availability to start on March 20th, 2024, and work full-time.
