Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our engineering services within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing, with a strong understanding of the Nigerian market landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company’s engineering services, with a focus on the Oil & Gas industry.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Manage all aspects of digital marketing, including website content, social media presence, email marketing, and online advertising campaigns.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and press releases.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and sales targets.
• Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the Oil & Gas or engineering services sector.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different marketing channels and audiences.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of the Nigerian market landscape, including industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences, is a plus.
