Description 

• We are Seeking a female camera-friendly presenter to host our vox pop and other presentations for our social media platforms. Our topics are overly focused on religion and its negative impact. The ideal candidate would be irreligious or someone capable of separating their religion from their job. This is an Abuja-based position; there is no remote or hybrid option.
• The position is ideally suited for a female who is an atheist or irreligious or someone who can separate their beliefs from their job.
• Present our vox pops, live YouTube Friday's program, documentaries, docufilms, reality, and all other social media work we conduct for our various platforms.
• You will be the main presenter for our platforms. It would help if you were a good writer, creative person, innovative, adaptable, flexible, and have that drive to want to succeed and contribute.
• We run short videos for Twitter | Facebook | TikTok | and IG whilst we publish our films/docufilms/documentaries on YouTube. We intend to venture into other areas, thus giving you leverage to come up with organic ideas which, when approved, you can take charge of, so this is a place where you can do those things you always wanted.
• You will take charge of our voice-over on all our presentations on the different platforms. This is not a hybrid position, so office attendance is a must.
• Assessing leads and pitching captivating story ideas to editors.
• Reviewing and editing work for editorial approval.
• Misuse of the English language, e.g., (I'm/I am for "Am", You for "U", The for "D", You are for "Your" or any of those will get you fired instantaneously)
• Be confident in front of the camera / Be a camera person
• Be flexible (We are a social media company, so we can't abandon work just because it is out of bounds of your working hours)

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Presenter, journalist or reporter.
• No hybrid or remote working option; office attendance five days a week is compulsory.
• You MUST be articulate and have an absolute flawless command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Some knowledge of cameras/content creation/video editing will be a bonus but not essential
• Have a smartphone and a laptop
• Be willing to travel at short notice
• The Ideal applicant must be a female
• A second language will be a bonus (Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo, French, Swahili, Fula) but not essential.
• Superb communication and networking skills and an aptitude to extract information effectively.
• Ability to meet deadlines and accurately fact-check information.
• Capable of maintaining an ethical and objective standard in reporting.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
