Sales Force Consulting - Our client is a major paper conversion company majoring in toilet rolls and jumbo reels production. Their factory is located at Bridgehead Industrial Estate, Onitsha.

Due to recent expansion of their operations and to achieve their goal of accelerated growth in market share of their business segment, they are urgently recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factory Supervisor

Location: Onitsha, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time
Interview Mode: Physical

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficiency of the factory operations towards quality products
• Supervise the entire workflow ensuring all departments meet their deliverables
• Draw up production schedules according to demand & inventory level.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel and identify training needs.
• Determine necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) required

Qualifications

• Preferably a Production or Chemical Engineering degree or Industrial Chemistry

Other Conditions:

• Candidate must possess at least 5 years work experience in tissues production or paper conversion
• They must be very hardworking with high level of integrity and leadership skills
• Extensive knowledge of supervision and administrationis mandatory
• Interview mode is physical not virtual
• Temporary accommodation shall be provided
