We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate capacity to oversee all company finance functions
• Handling the day-to-day financial and accounting operations of the company
• Prepares and presents financial reports as it may be required by the management
• Prepare budgeting systems for the organization
• Develop strategies to optimise cost of operations
• Tax returns and tax compliance as and when due
• Proficient in account reconciliation
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned
• Successful candidate will be seconded to the client organization in Lekki phase 1.

Job Requirements

• First Degree in Numerate Course such Accounting, Finance, Economics etc
• Professional Certification e.g ACA, ACCA or ICAN part qualified.
• Must have at least 3 - 5 years post qualification cognate experience
• Good accounting knowledge
• Excellent in the use of accounting software e.g Sage, QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suites
• A good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
