Job Description

• The Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Innovations Lead will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven innovations and solutions at Rise Networks.
• This position involves spearheading initiatives related to data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, with a focus on enhancing learning outcomes, fostering innovation, and driving strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for leveraging data and AI technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative data-driven solutions and products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for applying AI and ML in various business areas.
• Drive the development of AI-driven tools and platforms to optimize operational processes and workflows.
• Conduct research and stay abreast of advancements in data science and AI to inform organizational strategies.
• Manage data-related projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee data collection, storage, and processing activities, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to data scientists, AI engineers, and other team members.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to drive innovation and foster strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for AI and data science initiatives, prioritizing projects based on business impact.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of AI and data-driven initiatives.
• Lead the development of data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in data governance, privacy, and security practices.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of AI and data science projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Lead the implementation of best practices and standards in data science and AI across the organization.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to integrate AI-driven learning solutions into training programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert on data science and AI-related topics, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the data and AI team and across the organization.
• Represent Rise Networks at industry events, conferences, and workshops to showcase data-driven innovations.
• Drive thought leadership initiatives to position Rise Networks as a leader in AI and data-driven solutions.
