Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Barber Shop Supervisor to join our team at Kings Barbers. The ideal candidate must be a skilled barber with proven supervisory experience. Must have a passion for delivering exceptional grooming services, managing a team, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of barbers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to enhance the skills of junior barbers.
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
• Interact with clients to understand their grooming needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service to build and retain a loyal clientele.
• Oversee the daily operations of the barbing salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Drive sales by promoting salon services and retail products.
• Implement strategies to maximize commission earnings through upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their technical and customer service skills.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and grooming techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a minimum of OND in any relevant discipline
• Proven experience as a Barber with at least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of current grooming trends and techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must reside in Ikeja, Allen, and environs.

Salary
N50,000 / Month + Commission
