We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves spearheading Recruitment, Onboarding, and Off-boarding processes to ensure a seamless and efficient workforce management experience.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends:
Stay abreast of hiring trends in the Health Industry.
Develop and implement an internal system to monitor and manage the organization’s vacancies.
Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee and support the entire recruitment process, from drafting/reviewing job descriptions to advert placements, interviewing, selection, and issuing Engagement Contracts.
Ensure continuous improvement in the recruitment process, updating job design and specifications, defining recruitment panellists, and standardizing interview question pools for each job role.
Onboarding Excellence:
Supervise the Onboarding process for new hires, creating a robust and systematic onboarding system reflective of the company culture.
Develop orientation programs, resources, training modules, and policy dissemination to facilitate a smooth transition for employees into their roles.
Exit Experience Management:
Manage the exit experience effectively by introducing and maintaining a well-organized and fair offboarding process.
Conduct exit interviews, collect feedback, and ensure a smooth transition for both the company and the exiting employee.
Training Needs Analysis:
Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads and team leaders to understand specific skill gaps and training requirements.
Training Program Development:
Design and develop effective training programs, workshops, and resources tailored to meet organizational needs.
Utilize various learning methodologies, including e-learning platforms, instructor-led training, and hands-on sessions.
Employee Development Plans:
Work closely with managers to create personalized employee development plans.
Identify opportunities for skills enhancement and continuous learning for individual team members.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide specialized training in areas such as compliance, technical skills, and leadership development.
Collaboration with External Training Providers:
Identify external training resources and partnerships to supplement internal training programs.
Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate relevant external training opportunities.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in Recruitment and HR processes, preferably within the Health Industry.
A relevant professional certification (CIPMN, CIPD, SHRM) is a requirement.
An MBA in human resource management is desirable.
Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Nigeria and HR Best practices.
Experience with direct sourcing methods such as leveraging networks, LinkedIn, Social Media, etc.
Thorough attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once.
Highly organized and able to keep records orderly and confidential.
Proficient IT and computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word-processing programs. Experience using Seamless HR, Human Manager or other HRMS is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of hiring trends and an ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Familiarity with creating and implementing onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,00 / month.
