Job Description

• We are currently seeking a talented and experienced English Language/Oral English Teacher to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing a love for the English language among students.
• As an English Language/Oral English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons, focusing on the nuances of the English language, with an emphasis on oral proficiency.
• The role requires an individual who is not only passionate about teaching but also possesses a clear British accent and an understanding of British linguistic norms.

Key Responsibilities
Lesson Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students at different proficiency levels.
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies to foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages English language use.

Language Proficiency:

• Teach courses focused on English grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and conversational skills.
• Assess, monitor, and report on the progress of students, providing constructive feedback to enhance their language proficiency.

Collaboration and Development:

• Collaborate with fellow teachers to refine curriculum and share effective teaching practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with the latest educational strategies and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in English Language, Education, or a related field.
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching English as a second language.
• A clear British/Native English speaker accent.
• Strong understanding of the linguistic characteristics of the British English dialect.
• Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective English language lessons.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
