General Requirements

• These positions are for core industry practitioners who must have scaled through many hurdles in the hospitality industry.

Specific Requirements:
For General Manager, Head of Operations and Head Chef:

• The candidates should possess between 15 to 20 years in their respective positions out of which 10 years must be in leadership positions

For Hotel Accountant, Internal Auditor, Executive House Keeper, Food and Beverage manager and Generator Engineer and Electrical Engineer:

• The candidates should be Degree holders with not less than 4 years experience in their respective positions.
