Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our innovative tech products/services and achieve business growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue for our tech products/services.
• Identify and target potential clients in the tech industry through market research, industry events, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the value and benefits of our tech solutions.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, content, and collateral tailored to the tech industry.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Analyze sales data, metrics, and customer feedback to evaluate performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Provide input and feedback to the Product Development team based on market insights and customer needs.
• Represent the company at tech industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand brand presence and network with potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the tech industry, preferably with software, hardware, or IT solutions.
• Strong understanding of tech products/services, industry trends, and customer pain points.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other sales and marketing technologies.
• Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
