A reputable Financial company is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Zonal Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and Maintain existing client relationships and identify / establish prospective new ones
• Handle a whole range of strategic planning and infrastructure issues, including analyzing and defining goals and targets and developing presentations that address the business and strategic direction of the entire Group
• Employ best practices in providing guidance and supervision to the activities of the team and review the plans of each team member to ensure that they are aligned to the overall strategy and objectives
• Prepare management reports
• Identify market opportunities, potential Customers and customer needs in order to proactively provide value-adding products/ services that meet their anticipated needs
• Ensure that a comprehensive database of information for both prospects and existing customers is maintained
• Responsible for the coordination of all marketing activities within the Zone
• Supervises Branch Managers, identification of Skill need/vacancies and staff coverage with the Zone
• Play an ambassadorial role in the entire Zone
• Provide an exemplary leadership style that enhances effective communication between the zonal Managers, Branch Managers, and Team Leaders
• Ensure that set/defined goals and targets are achieved
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the entire branches
• Achieve ZERO PAR and another performance target
• Maintain good public relations with current and prospective customers
• Structure credit facilities to address customer’s needs and prepare/review credit proposals with the Group Head. Also monitor and ensure customers’ compliance with credit agreements
• Provide on-the-job training for Account Officers/Branch Managers
• Monitor the unit’s performance against monthly/quarterly/annual plans
• Prepare the Team’s annual budget for consolidation and incorporation into the Group budget by the Group Head
• Prepare and present the Unit’s Monthly Profitability Report (MPR) to the Executive Management
• Appraise supervised Account Officer(s)

Qualifications

• Must have been in Banking with experience as a Branch Manager and Zonal Manager.
• Must have above 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have completed CIBN exam and other relevant professional certifications.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
