As a project manager for our medical project, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of healthcare-related initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that project objectives are met within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals and healthcare industry standards.
Lead and manage the business aspects of medical projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports and updates for stakeholders and management.
Develop and implement strategic plans for medical projects, identifying opportunities, risks, and potential growth areas within the healthcare industry.
Oversee financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and resource allocation, for optimal project performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical professionals, researchers, administrators, and external stakeholders, to ensure project success.
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance with healthcare laws, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
Identify and pursue business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that enhance the project's success and contribute to its growth.
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize project vulnerabilities and maintain project progress.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation outlining project progress, financial status, and key performance indicators for stakeholders and management.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions and services within the project scope.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
3 - 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry trends.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent writing, communication, documentation, negotiation, and leadership abilities
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Candidates should reside in Ikeja and its environment.
Remuneration
N200,000 Monthly.
