Job Title: Business Development Manager (Government Contracts)

Responsibilities
Build relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and creating personalized experiences for them.
Leading strategy development and execution to drive customer/client acquisition, engagement, and retention, as well as increase our market share and reach our growth targets.
Identify new markets for the company’s products or services that have high potential for growth.
Own and execute the growth strategy.
Working with projects and engineering to optimise existing and establish new, client relationships to achieve and exceed our revenue goals.
Analysing business performance and creating monthly/quarterly reviews.
Spot and harness emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and strategic partnerships that can lead to new revenue streams.
Identify, assess, pursue and close new business opportunities with potential clients. Monitoring and reporting on growth metrics and key performance
indicators (KPIs) Providing strategic guidance and leadership to support overall business growth and success.
Own growth P&L responsibilities, taking responsibility for hitting annual growth objectives, managing the budget, and accurately forecasting.
Drive traction by identifying key growth drivers for the business as well as opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
Prepare regular reports on key company wide metrics as requested by senior management, Board of Directors, and other key decision-makers.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing
2+ years of experience in a managerial role is a bonus
Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills
In-depth knowledge of business operations and the government sector, an analytical mindset and the ability to think outside the box, as well superb leadership and management skills.
Experience launching and managing government related projects of differing scales and complexity.
