We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commercial Sales Associate (CSA)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Commercial Sales Associate at Subbs, you will play a crucial role in driving business development, revenue, and profit by building relationships with prospective clients and converting them into satisfied customers.
  • Working closely with the Category Commercial Lead, you will contribute to achieving company goals and growth targets.
  • Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging presentations, managing client communications, and driving customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads and developing a deep understanding of their needs and pain points. Proactively engage with potential customers to establish rapport and drive the sales process forward.
  • Manage the sales process, ensuring smooth communications and interactions between key clients and internal teams. Coordinate with various departments, such as logistics, product, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient sales cycles.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and ongoing support needs.

Additionally:

  • Follow and achieve departmental sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and contacts, exploring opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Proactively seek out potential clients, establish new business relationships, and nurture them to generate future sales.

Remuneration
N50,000 - N75,000 Monthly.
