Job Title: Performance Management Lead
Location: Lagos
About the Role
The Performance Lead role sits within the People Operations unit of SunFi Technology Solutions.
The primary purpose of the Performance Management Lead position is to develop, coordinate, and manage data-driven, quality assurance, and performance measures and programs to support ongoing operations at SunFi.
Beginning during the interview process, all the way through onboarding, training, performance management, disciplinary actions, promotions, and offboarding, the goal of the Performance Management Lead is to ensure the clear communication of expectations, the measure of success, and monitor individual & team performance as well as support in the other people operations related processes in line with its values, mission, and vision.
Job Responsibilities
Provide required support for all assigned people-related initiatives: Recruitment, Retention, Diversity, and inclusion with a high level of execution
Ensure the effective planning and coordination of an inclusive performance management process with the collaboration of Managers, PO Managers & COO as a tool for employee, departmental, and organizational development as well as growth by enlightening performance & learning gaps, identifying role gaps, overworked employees and redundant roles
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while managing all assigned HR-related tools, and developing policies, handbooks, and procedures which are in compliance with Nigeria labour law.
Develop and execute processes, policies, and projects to evaluate, measure, and improve employee performance.
Develop training programs to ensure employee objectives and performance metrics align with organizational goals
Develop training programs focused on ensuring effective and efficient goal-setting and seamless appraisal processes
Develop a Talent Management plan to develop, motivate, and retain top talents across the organization for the purpose of organizational development & talent sustainability.
Support in the planning and implementation of optimal procedures to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding of required talent(s).
Participate in employee engagement and relations in alignment with SunFi’s values and mission and escalate accordingly as the circumstances arise.
Serve as a trusted resource to all employees, guiding them through PO-related processes and career development with strong interpersonal conversations.
Support in managing all internal communication platforms and facilities to meet the needs of the team and ensure seamless collaboration.
Engage in inter-departmental weekly/monthly planning meetings to review progress toward achieving business objectives.
