Skipper Eye-Q Speciality Eye Hospital is an international eye hospital with chain presence of 42 eye hospitals in India and Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hospital Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily administrative operations.
• Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedure.
• Prepare work schedules
• Maintain organized medical records
• Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
• Answer queries from Doctors, nurses and healthcre staff
• Resolve potential issues with patients.
• Stay up to date with healthcare regulations.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Hospital Administration manager
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital industry
• Basic accounting skills.
• Marketing and sales background.
• Familiarity with medical transcription
• Solid understanding of healthcare procedure and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Problem sloving attitude.
