Job Purpose
As the Strategy Lead, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing commercial & business development strategies to drive business growth, enhance competitiveness, and maximize profitability.
You will play a pivotal role in steering strategic initiatives and conducting analysis to tackle complex business challenges, review the business current strategy and goals to identify its potential strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
Job Responsibilities
Drive initiatives and strategies that enhance business performance and contribute to sustainable growth for Sabi.
Steer the development of short-and long-term vision and strategic plans of commercial strategy, new and existing business models, and business digitalization, both from portfolio and market perspective.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the business.
Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities for Sabi.
Devise strategies to leverage market dynamics and propel the company toward consistent and exponential growth.
Analyze and interpret the various product activity by lines of business and channels (lifecycle management tool)
Identify and assess business expansion opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, client acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to achieving business development and expansion objectives to elevate the company’s growth trajectory.
Develop an in-depth understanding of our business and external market forces.
Evaluate and analyze the performance metrics of strategic initiatives.
Prepare comprehensive reports and offer strategic recommendations based on performance analysis.
Requirements Special Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any Commercial-related field. An MBA would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Business consulting & Strategy development, business analysis, or related fields within a fast-paced environment. Previous Startup experience is desired.
Proven success in developing and executing impactful commercial and business development strategies.
Proficiency in market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
