Duties
The incumbent reports directly to the Senior Computer Management Specialist/Locally Employed (LE) Staff Systems Manager and indirectly to the Information Systems Officer.
Incumbent assists in planning and coordinating maintenance, upgrades, and support of servers, switches, and routers for the OpenNet and DIN network.
Job holder is responsible for the SharePoint Resource Management, Consular Affairs Systems management to include servers, workstations and peripheral devices.
Manages the Virtual Reality Studio which encompasses Employee VR training, 360 VR video and photo composition. Acts as back-up to the LE Staff Systems Manager.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in the fields of Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Systems Management is required.

Experience:
Five (5) years experience in Computer networking, SharePoint development, Programming and System Administration on complex computer systems is required. At least one (1) year of project supervisory experience is required.

Job Knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of computer equipment operations management, application programming, SharePoint development, Virtual Reality Studio management, local and wide area network operations to include Cisco products is required.
Familiarity with hardware and software acquisition procedures is required.
Knowledge of Nigerian Communications Commissions (NCC) procedure on mobile line, bandwidth, and radio connection is required. Knowledge of Government policies and requirement for the installation of fiber networks for connectivity is required.

Skills and Abilities:
The incumbent must have an expert knowledge of WAN and LAN management with skill sets in Virtualization, Active Directory (AD), Virtual Reality and Disaster Recovery techniques. Incumbent must have an excellent understanding of the Transmission Control Protocol/Information Protocol (TCP/IP) and the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) layer models.
The incumbent must have the entire above listed technical skills as well as good customer service attitude and interpersonal skills.
Keyboarding/Typing skills are required.
Numerical skills are required for inventory and calculations.

Agency Benefits:

For EFMs, benefits should be discussed with the Human Resources Office.
The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.
